Darryl D. White, a Los Angeles native has experienced life just like everyone else, and like everyone, his life is his testimony. His priorities are God first, family second, business third and everything else follows as it may. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and loved music from childhood. Darryl’s talents in music came as a God given gift. His father and mentor Barry White showed him how to refine that gift, handle it and make it his own.

Darryl travelled, worked, and toured with his father all around the world, learning first hand what it takes to make music great. He respected his father’s wishes to pursue music when he was ready. Darryl has been making music for many years, keeping the memory of his father alive through his musical compositions and beautiful lyrics. Up to now he has only shared his music with loved ones.

Recently, in honor of his father’s request, Darryl has decided to share that familiar smooth voice and musical gift with the world. Life gave Darryl a unique opportunity to do things with his music far beyond even his expectations. His experience in the music industry has been a great honing of his skills as a writer, performer and producer.

In spite of the luxuries that came as the result of his world famous father, Darryl’s journey like most of ours, was a personal wake up call. Those lessons afforded him the opportunity to see everything around him more clearly and with a passion chiselled directly from life.
